The wind speed can be adjusted in multiple levels, with digital display. An adjustable air volume fan system should be used. The light touch switch can adjust the voltage and the speed regulation performance is stable, and the wind speed in the working area can always be guaranteed to be in an ideal state under the state of the final resistance of the high-efficiency filter. The damper can arbitrarily adjust the pre-filtered air intake air volume. The top side air intake can be used to reduce the pollution of the filter fan caused by natural falling dust.

The clean workbench should include two parts, the intake filter and the exhaust filter. The intake and exhaust filters can be designed with three-stage air filtration, and the exhaust filter system must be equipped with an adsorbent filter device. The special filter ensures that the discharged air meets the national sanitation standard. The high-efficiency air filtration system with pre-filter is adopted, with stable and reliable performance, ensuring that the working area is a sterile environment and preventing edge leakage. The high-efficiency filter system can be made of steel material covered with epoxy resin, with a spring washer, so that the pressure is evenly distributed on the entire high-efficiency filter to ensure the effective sealing of the high-efficiency filter.

The lighting of the clean workbench can be equipped with fluorescent lamps in and outside the operation area, and sterilization ultraviolet lamps should be equipped in the work area.

The alarm system of the clean workbench is equipped with an air flow detection alarm device, which can be seen or heard. It can monitor the air flow speed at the entrance of the work area at any time to ensure safety.

The pressure gauge of the clean workbench should clearly indicate the pressure difference on both sides of the high-efficiency filter, and keep abreast of the resistance change of the high-efficiency filter, so as to remind the replacement of the high-efficiency filter.
